Sketching clip-board H.P.L. virtually indestructible, with rounded edges and corners. Made of resistant HPL (High Pressure Laminate), High-capacity clip for A4 paper pad up to 2,5 cm (0,98″) H Artist Tote Board – portable sketching or painting surface made of virtually indestructible HPL.  It features a sturdy clip which securely holds artwork or pad in place.  Sturdy smooth surface for sketching.  Ideal with water-colour and for use with liquid chalk markers.  SBL-2535 has one rubber band and it is hangable on the wall, useful for writing, sketching, put sticky notes.

HPL:  Much more than a surface! :

High-pressure laminates are made of numerous layers of paper saturated with thermosetting resins and bonded through the combined action of heat (140/150°C) and high pressure (<7Mpa) for about 40/50 minutes.  The result is a stable, nonreactive, homogenous, nonporous, high-density product with a totally distinct physical and chemical profile from that of its constituent parts.  Furthermore, thanks to its extremely low permeability, HPL forms a barrier against agents. Composition ≈ 70% paper and ≈ 30% thermo-setting resins.
